Thousand Island Dressing

A cool, creamy tomato-based dressing with olive oil, garlic and natural seasonings.

Ingredients:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Eggs, Anchovies, Vinegar, Mustard, Lemon, Worcestershire Sauce, Iodized Salt, Pepper, Modified Starch, Xanthan Gum, EDTA

    Ingredients:
    • 3 medium unpeeled green apples, coarsely chopped
    • 3 medium unpeeled red apples, coarsely chopped
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • Gourmet’s Thousand Island Dressing
    • 1 cup chopped dates
    • 1 cup chopped walnuts
    • 20 red maraschino cherries, halved
    • 20 green maraschino cherries, halved

    Method

    1. In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Cover
        and refrigerate. 

    2. Pour dressing over apples and toss to coat. Stir in
        dates, nuts and cherries.
