Mediterranean/Greek inspired The Dining Room restaurant at Gourmet Farms in Silang, Cavite

Last week, at the behest of a "balikbayan" (returning nationals) guest from the USA who wanted to escape from the city heat, we took a drive to cool Tagaytay and visited the Gourmet Farms, among others.
