"Organic Farming is In! And Gourmet Farms has become the visit of choice for a surging number of school excursions. Students enjoy a day in the free, fresh outdoors of Silang, and have a chance to get up close and personal with the vegetables and herbs that often end up in their salads or their side dishes. Walks through the growing fields offer opportunities to get some hands-on farming experience as well as authoritative agri-education. And they end up at the vegetable washing station... and a chance to sample the cool refreshments and products that come out of GF's test kitchens.

Here are just two of the groups that visited in recent weeks: students are from Holy Spirit School in Quezon City... and also from MAPUA Institute of Technology."
