Baked Salmon with Capers

Ingredients

2pcs Salmon steak
1 pc Salmon fillet (500-600grams)
1 pc Lemon (1/2 for marinade
1/2 for wedges to garnish)

3 tbsp Capers
1/2 bot Gourmet's Italian Dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Rub salmon with salt. Rinse. Marinate in lemon juice, salt, pepper and 1/2 bottle Gourmet's Italian Dressing at least an hour in a pyrex dish. Bake for another 10-15 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle capers over fish in last 5 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Microwave:
Cook covered for 15 minutes. Turn fish over and cook for another 5-10 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle with capers. Garnish with lemon wedges.
